At Flokraft AI Match Analysis ("Flokraft," "we," "our," or "us"), we respect your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information from our systems, and how we process such requests.
2. Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected and stored. This includes:
- Account information (email address, display name)
- Uploaded videos
- Analysis results and feedback
- Usage data associated with your account
3. How to Request Data Deletion
3.1 Deleting Individual Analyses
You can delete individual dance analyses directly through our application:
- Log in to your Flokraft account
- Navigate to the analysis you wish to delete
- Click the "Delete" button associated with that analysis
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
3.2 Deleting Your Entire Account
To delete your entire account and all associated data:
- Log in to your Flokraft account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select the "Delete Account" option
- Follow the confirmation process
3.3 Deletion Request via Email
If you encounter any issues with the self-service deletion options, you can submit a deletion request by:
- Sending an email to info@flokraft.dance with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Including your account email address in the body of the email
- Specifying whether you want to delete specific analyses or your entire account
4. What Happens When You Delete Your Data
4.1 Individual Analysis Deletion
When you delete an individual analysis:
- The analysis content is immediately removed from your user interface
- The associated video and analysis data are permanently deleted from our active systems
- Backups containing the deleted data will be purged according to our backup rotation schedule
4.2 Account Deletion
When you delete your account:
- All your personal information is permanently removed from our active systems
- All uploaded videos and associated analyses are deleted
- Your account cannot be recovered after this action
- Backups containing your data will be purged according to our backup rotation schedule
5. Retention in Backups
For technical reasons, your deleted information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) before being permanently removed during our regular backup rotation process.
6. Exceptions to Data Deletion
In certain circumstances, we may need to retain some information even after a deletion request:
6.1 Legal Requirements
We may retain certain data if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
6.2 Fraud Prevention and Security
We may retain limited information for fraud prevention, security, and abuse detection purposes.
6.3 Aggregated or Anonymized Data
We may retain fully anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be associated with you.
7. Third-Party Services
Please note that while we will delete your data from our systems, we cannot delete data that you have shared with third-party services through our application. You will need to contact those services directly regarding the deletion of such data.
8. Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests promptly. Individual analysis deletions are typically processed immediately. Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
